Our push to include over 1000 blawgs in the directory this summer made it clear our server would not be up to the task, so last week we moved BlawgRepublic to a new server platform that can scale on demand.
Thanks for hanging in there, new blawgs will be included tomorrow.

3 years ago • 0 notesWhen we brought down the Blawg Republic, we never imagined we would be down so long. Our intention was to add some new features to the site and move the site onto a new server. Let’s just say that the server move did not go as planned, but everything is back to normal now.
Today we made it a little harder to spam our submissions page, and in the process weeded out about 30,000 spam submissions.
Our next task at hand is to include all of those blawgs that have not yet made it into our directory. Once that happens, updates will come through more often. Then we can get back to that much needed facelift we embarked on.
